Cypress Ridge is a 75 acre property, over half of which is native bushland. A number of walking tracks are available on the property. Enjoy the view from 1000 metres above sea level over the neighbouring valleys or discover the caves and it’s inhabitants. Enjoy a relaxing game of bocce on our Bush bocce court, or hire out the canoes for a leisurely paddle. You may also wish to unearth more about Cypress Ridge Produce. SUSTAINABILITY
Cypress Ridge is situated amongst some of the most beautiful natural vegetation the Granite belt has to offer which is also home to many species of native animals and with this in mind it is our aim to have a minimal impact on our natural environment. As such each cottage has its own supply of clean rain water. All waste water on the property is recycled through a ‘bio-cycle’ wastewater system which processes organic waste into clean water for reuse on gardens. We have also installed 12 kw of grid connected green solar power which can produce up to 72kw of clean energy per day, more than enough to take care of the power needs of the cottages including the hot water whilst filtering the excess back into the power grid.
